- Acceleration capacity assesment. Force-velocity and load-horizontal velocity profile.
- Metabolic capacity assessment. Test 30-15 and RSA.
- Strength assessment. Load-speed profiles for basic strength exercises.

- Technological advice (for teams only): Analysis of weekly training loads through GPS (1 microcycle): training/competition load ratios, analysis of tasks used, acceleration-speed profiles. Analysis of worst-case scenarios.
