Defended AEI Industrial PhD thesis on exercise and cancer in a competitive project developed in collaboration with GoFit LAB.

On December 12^th, 2023, our student and predoctoral researcher Ana Lavín successfully defended her doctoral thesis entitled: “Effects of exercise prescription based on heart rate variability on cardiotoxicity and physical and mental health in breast cancer survivors after chemotherapy treatment. Directors: Alfonso Jiménez Gutiérrez, Daniel Collado Mateo. This project has been funded by the Industrial Doctorate Programme of the Spanish Research Agency. The thesis, defended by compendium of publications, included six articles published in impact journals.
